We are still in need of volunteers to fulfill Canal Winchester's volunteer commitment for the Championship Meet. Every team is required to provide timers, along with volunteers for several other meet positions.

The remaining roles are some of the easiest to fill:

• Event Turner: Stand at the top of the slide and update the event number as each race begins. You also get one of the best views of the entire meet!
• Deck Marshal (PM Session): Simply help ensure spectators stay out of the pool area near the diving boards. Our team camp is located right next to this spot, so you'll still be close to all the action. (the AM Session monitors to ensure swimmers are using the pool for warm up/cool down ONLY)

As TCAL League President this year, I was responsible for assigning volunteer jobs to each team. I intentionally based those assignments on team size to keep Canal Winchester's volunteer obligation as fair and manageable as possible.

I know many of you have already completed your required volunteer commitment, and I truly appreciate everything you've done throughout the season. Every team in the league is in the same position right now. However, the Championship Meet is our biggest event of the year, and it simply can't happen without volunteers stepping up one last time.

We need to have these final positions filled before tomorrow. If you're able to help, please consider signing up for one more shift so we can provide an amazing championship experience for all of our swimmers. Thank you for everything you've done to make this season a success!
