Families,

I know it can be challenging to keep track of when declaration windows open and close, especially during a busy swim season. To help families stay informed, we post declaration openings as they occur and include reminders in our weekly team emails. We kindly ask that all swimmers be declared within the designated timeframe, as these deadlines are necessary to give our coaching staff sufficient time to review entries, make selections, and complete the meet registration process. Unfortunately, once a declaration window has closed, we are unable to accept late requests or add swimmers to the meet.  We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage this process fairly and efficiently for all athletes.
